There comes a time in every girl's life when she realizes she has taken a wrong turn; so much the worse for her if somebody's been driving her all her life. However, as the Cheshire Cat noted, the important part is that you go somewhere--if you don't have a map, then (practically) anywhere will do. The first step is critical, for that is what will give you forward momentum. My name is not Alice, and it's true that I don't know where I'm going, but I do know I've got to go. How long it will take me to get there, I couldn't say, but the sooner I begin, the sooner I will reach the end.
